Wednesday April 29, I guess that Pat and Ryan were having a boring day at work. Apparently deadlines on houses are not enough to stress them out, so they decided to get in a fight with a grinder. Pat lost!
He called me and asked where I was and what I was doing. Mckette had I just finished coloring and cutting my hair. (it's a good thing I didn't have foils in anymore) He said that I needed to take the kids to my mom and bring him his insurance card. I asked where he needed them brought to and he told me that he was at the emergency room. When I asked what he did, he just told me that he had a scratch.

The emergency room doctor said that he couldn't do anything and they needed to call in the surgeon. Dr. Cox came and said that he would be able to stitch it up in the E.R. so Sue and I were able to watch. So Cool!! It took about 5 layers of stitches, 4 packages of the stitching material and an hour of actual stitching. Luckily no major tendons were severed (he was able to have full movement in his fingers and arm) but all the muscles to the bone were cut, so they all had to be sewn back together. It will take about a month of immobility and then another month of light duty, but everything should be back to normal.
